Available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday/Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. However needs outside of these specific hours can be arranged on a case by case basis.

Services provided to the general public, title companies, escrow companies, all types of businesses, and to anyone needing documents signed and/or notarized.

Standard Fee:

$10 per signature plus a mobile service fee of $30 or as negotiated. (Special document needs and/or situations negotiated on a case by case basis.)

Basic Loan Package Fee:

$150 – Includes the acceptance , pre-appointment, document preparation for a single set of loan documents; the witnessing of the proper execution and notarization of the loan documents and the timely return of the completed package to your location. This is for a loan package executed within a 30 mile radius of the 95605 zip code and any e-mailed/faxed documents, a borrowers copy, and a maximum wait time of twenty minutes.

Additional fees apply for loan packages:

• $75 - 2nd loan set
• $50 - Missed Appointment/or late Cancellation (under 2 hours)/ Halted Signing
• Additional $50 - Mobile Service fee for 31 to 50 miles from zip code 95605
• Mobile Service fee over 50 miles call for quote
